The boat was fitted with a completely new electrical system. Voltak Oy was in charge of all electrical design and installation work.
Voltak installed a new electrical system and a completely new Simrad system in the boat. The system includes, for example, three chartplotters (2 x NSS16 evo3 and 1 x 12NSS evo3), a 4G radar, 3G Structure Scan, Flir thermal camera, VHF and AIS.
Voltak implemented an extensive renovation of the electrics and electronics of Arto Linnervuo’s XP44 boat which is part of Finland’s Offshore team. The boat was fitted with a new H5000 autopilot system and a B&G 4G radar. The boat was also equipped with Mastervolt lithium batteries and a Watt&Sea hydro generator. This will ensure the boat’s electric supply during its crossing of the Atlantic.
We delivered an installation-ready electrical system to Red Sky Oy. The entire panel will be lifted to the boat under construction. The cables are pre-marked and cut to length, which minimizes the installation time in the boat.
Voltak participated in the servicing and electronics update of a 48-foot Gunboat with a carbon-fibre hull. The boat was also fitted with a 1,800-Watt solar panel system which was placed on top of the cabin roof. The boat also received a new B&G 4G radar and a Simrad NSO evo2 system.
